I just can't let this day pass without letting you know how amazing I feel today because of you.
After our session yesterday I felt really relaxed and loosened up and as the evening approached I noticed some areas that were strangely sore and achey but that excited me as I realized that my body was awakening and working things out. "I went in after several weeks of physical therapy following major shoulder surgery (rotator cuff, biceps tendon, labrum, bone spurs, arthritis) with a lot of aching and muscle stiffness and tension. Theresa worked on the "bad" side AND the "good" side of my neck and shoulder and back and got me into balance again. Felt so great. Hard to describe what it feels like other than everything felt out of whack when I went in, and it felt very in whack (balanced) when I was done. in at least a 20 minute home tub-bath is a good way to soothe and rehydrate those aching muscles!
